Message your parent group outlining your plans, making sure they feel comfortable to opt out if they wish.
Get parents to consent to a NEW returning to CONTACT football by consenting on the link here on BJFF website. (this can be confirmed through your new manager pack, Please message Mark Wenman if you haven't gained access to this yet)
Get coaches to fill in NEW returning to CONTACT football on the BJFF webpage - this is the same section parents will out but for the coaches. Here

ONE TIME ONLY - submit any players and coaches that will take part in your sessions via the link on the site. This used to be the session plan link but re-labelled to submit your list of players and coaches. If a player or coach have not consented, the CANNOT train. Craig will confirm who can train / coach - submit in plenty of time before your session.
Take a photo of your enhanced first aid kit including, face masks, latex (or similar) gloves, alcohol based hand sanitiser, anti-bacteria wipes for sterilising kit.
Identify ‘Covid Monitors’ within the team / squad (preferably a parentor two) who’s job it will be to quickly wipe down nets and corner flags at half-time / end of matches or training.
Craig will confirm who can train / coach - submit in plenty of time before your session.
Turn up to session in plenty of time to setup without rushing.
Clean down any communal equipment used, goals, corner flags etc with disinfectant / flash wipes etc.
Review session.
If you are playing a match, you will need to fill in and submit a form identifying opposition, referee, ko time, Covid monitors (form to be introduced in preparation for August 1st 2020).
